Beastie Adjustable Peanut

Product Description
Built to work around the spine, not on it
Two Beastie balls set side by side, with a gap down the middle. That gap is the entire idea: it straddles the spine so the pressure lands on the muscle either side of it and never on the vertebrae themselves.
It is the tool for the length of the back — the neck, the space between the shoulder blades, the low back — where a single ball is hard to place accurately and a roller cannot be precise.
The spacing adjusts
Bodies are not one width, and neither is the right gap for the base of your neck versus your lower back. The spacing between the two balls adjusts, so you can widen it for broader areas and close it up for work near sensitive ligaments.
Floor, wall or chair
Lie on it for full body weight, or put it between your back and a wall and control the pressure by how much you lean. If getting to the floor is difficult, or you want to use it at a desk, the wall and chair versions of the same work require no setup at all.
Which firmness?
Floor work with your full weight behind it suits the Original. Against a wall you are applying much less force, and most people prefer the Xtra Firm there.
