RumbleRoller Original Foam Roller

Product Description
The roller that created the category
In 2009 RumbleRoller introduced the first deep-tissue textured roller. Its high-profile bumps reach further into muscle than a flat surface can, and the large spaces between them give displaced soft tissue somewhere to go. The bumps are firm but flexible, so they deflect around bone and get closer to the tissue you are actually trying to reach.
As you roll, those bumps work like a massage therapist's thumbs — kneading and stretching rather than simply pressing.
Try rocking, not just rolling
Most people only ever roll. Switch to a slow side-to-side rocking motion and the same roller works differently: the bumps give way easily when you roll over them, but resist much more when loaded sideways, so they dig in further. It is the simplest way to get more out of the tool you already own.
Is the Original the right firmness?
For most people, including professional athletes, yes. Move up to Xtra Firm when the Original stops registering — not before. Going too firm too early tends to be counterproductive: not too painful to use, but too painful to use correctly.
Choose the size that matches where you work. The 31" Full Size supports your whole body and is easiest to use lying down. The 22" Mid Size covers most of the same ground and fits a gym bag. The 12" Compact is for travel and smaller areas.
