Holds the ball still so you can work a spot

A loose massage ball skids away from the exact point you were aiming at — usually just as you find it. The Ball Base cradles a Beastie and keeps it there, so you can settle your weight onto one spot and stay on it.

It also raises the ball off the floor, which changes the angle you can approach from and makes it far easier to get onto areas like the glutes and the upper back without hunting.

Do I need one?

Every Beastie Massage Ball already ships with a base. This is a spare — useful if you keep one at home and one in a gym bag, if you use two balls at once, or if you have simply lost the original.
