Shipping

United States — free

Free standard shipping on every order, with no minimum. Delivery is normally 5–7 business days. This covers the continental US, Washington DC, military addresses (AA, AE and AP), Guam, American Samoa, the US Virgin Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, the Marshall Islands, Micronesia and Palau.

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico — $18 flat rate

These three destinations carry a flat $18 shipping charge, shown at checkout before you pay.

Faster US delivery

Two-day shipping is $40 and next-day is $60, both available at checkout. Orders placed after 2:00pm CST ship the following business day, and orders placed at the weekend ship the next business day.

Canada — $30 flat rate

A single flat rate of $30 USD to every Canadian province and territory.

Everywhere else

We ship to more than 40 countries. International rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order. Import duties and taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping confirmation

Most orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days. On the day your order ships you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

RumbleRoller stands behind its products with the industry's best warranty.

Return your RumbleRoller at any time and for any reason and we will replace it, exchange it for another product of equal value, or refund your original purchase price up to but not exceeding full MSRP. You are responsible for returning the product to us and for the cost of shipping its replacement — but if the product is found to be defective, we will cover or reimburse those shipping costs.

If you purchased or registered the product on RumbleRoller.com, no additional proof of purchase is required. If you purchased it elsewhere, please include a copy of your original receipt in your return shipment.

You may take advantage of this warranty once per product type. There is no window to miss.

How to return a product

Step 1 — request a Return Authorization. Call 800-250-3779 or email info@rumbleroller.com with your name and shipping address, your original purchase date and order number if you have it, the products you are returning, and whether you want a replacement, exchange or refund. We will reply with an RA number to include on your return package. This helps us process your return quickly and accurately when it reaches our warehouse.
