Before you buy

Tell us the area you are working on — lower back, IT band, the bottom of your feet — and we will tell you which tool fits and which firmness to start with. Most people do not need the firmest one.

Warranty and returns

Every RumbleRoller carries the Lifetime Satisfaction Warranty — return it at any time, for any reason. Email us first for a Return Authorization number so your return is handled correctly when it reaches the warehouse.

Shipping and returns

Order status

Most orders leave the warehouse within 1–2 business days, and tracking is emailed the day it ships. If tracking has not arrived, or it has stopped moving, send us your order number and we will chase it.

Send us a message

Include your order number if you have one, and the area of the body you are working on if this is a question about which tool to use. That usually saves a round trip.
