CHOOSING YOUR ROLLER

Not sure which tool fits what you are working on? Start here — or call us and describe the area, and we will tell you.

Most people start with the Original in the 22" Mid Size. It is firm but flexible, and its bump profile reaches into bulky muscle — quads, hamstrings, glutes, lats and upper back.

If you have been rolling for years on a smooth roller and have stopped feeling it, go straight to Xtra Firm. If the area you care about is thin tissue close to bone — hips, feet, triceps — read the Gator answer below.

Still unsure? Call 800-250-3779 or use the contact form. Tell us the area you are working on and we will tell you which tool fits.

Density, and how deep the texture reaches. The Original is firm but flexible, with a high-profile bump pattern built for large muscle groups. The Xtra Firm uses our densest foam and reaches deepest — it is for people who have stopped feeling their Original.

Firmer is not automatically better. The jeopardy of going too firm is that it may be too painful — not too painful to use, but too painful to use correctly. Technique is what does the work, and a tool you brace against is a tool that is not reaching anything.

The Gator is not a softer roller. It is a different job.

Firmness and penetration depth are two different things. The Gator has a thin, dense foam layer, so the surface reads firm — but a low-profile texture, so it does not dig. That combination is what you want on shallow tissue where bone is close to the surface: hips, the bottoms of the feet, triceps, and the lower calf near the tendon.

Put another way — the Gator is not the easy one. It is the right one where the Original is wrong.

A roller covers ground. A ball goes to one point.

If you can put a finger on the exact spot that bothers you, a Beastie will reach it in a way a roller passes straight over. Rollers are better across bulky muscle; balls are better at single knots, and at awkward places a 22" cylinder simply cannot make contact with.

They are not competing purchases. Plenty of people keep a roller for legs and back and a Beastie for the two or three spots that never quite let go.

All three sizes are the same foam and the same texture. Length is about where you use it and what you can lie across.

  • 31" Full Size — spans your whole back, so it stays flat and stable underneath you. Best if it lives at home.
  • 22" Mid Size — the one most people choose. Long enough for back work, short enough for a gym bag.
  • 12" Compact — legs, arms and travel. Fits in luggage.

Yes — and for the upper back, shoulders and neck it is arguably the better position anyway, because lying on a tool tenses the muscle you are trying to reach.

  • The Beastie Double-Track Wall System mounts two rails on your wall. You set the tool at any height, lean into it standing up, and control the pressure by how much weight you shift — stepping away the instant it is too much.
  • The Beastie Hook puts a Beastie on a curved handle so you can reach over your own shoulder while sitting upright, controlling force by hand rather than body weight. Easy to do at a desk.

Neither asks you to get on the floor or support your own weight.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Full detail lives on Shipping & Returns. The short version:

RumbleRoller is sold in some countries through an exclusive local distributor rather than by us directly. If you are in Europe, the UK, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore or Taiwan, your local distributor holds stock, sells in your currency, and handles delivery and returns — which is faster and cheaper than shipping from Texas and waiting on customs.

Find yours on the Where to Buy page. If your country is not listed there, you can order from this site as normal.

  • United States — free, no minimum, normally 5–7 business days.
  • Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico — $18 flat.
  • Canada — $30 flat, every province and territory.
  • Faster US delivery: two-day $40, next-day $60.
  • Other countries we serve directly — calculated at checkout from your address and the size of your order.

Free US shipping covers the 50 states, Washington DC, military AA/AE/AP addresses, Guam, American Samoa, the US Virgin Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, the Marshall Islands, Micronesia and Palau.

Some countries are served by a local distributor rather than by us — see Where to Buy.

Most orders leave the warehouse within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00pm CST ship the following business day, and weekend orders ship the next business day.

On the day your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Yes, to most of the world — but not everywhere, because in some countries RumbleRoller is sold by an exclusive local distributor instead of by us.

Canada is a flat $30 USD. Everywhere else we serve directly is calculated at checkout from your address and the size of your order. Import duties and taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If you are in Europe, the UK, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore or Taiwan, buy from your local distributor instead — they hold stock, price in your own currency, and there is nothing to pay at the border. The Where to Buy page lists every one of them.

It is the Lifetime Satisfaction Warranty. Return your RumbleRoller at any time and for any reason, and we will replace it, exchange it for another product of equal value, or refund your original purchase price up to but not exceeding full MSRP.

There is no window to miss. You may use the warranty once per product type.

You are responsible for returning the product to us and for the cost of shipping its replacement — but if the product is found to be defective, we cover or reimburse those shipping costs.

Step 1 — request a Return Authorization. Call 800-250-3779 or email info@rumbleroller.com with your name and shipping address, your original purchase date and order number if you have it, the products you are returning, and whether you want a replacement, exchange or refund. We will reply with an RA number.
